Cecy was born in El Salvador and moved to California at a young age. She was inspired to join the construction trades after watching her father who she would eventually work with, side by side.
As Ms. Reyna worked, the superintendents managing the construction efforts noticed her dedication and she was quickly elevated to leadership roles. Cecy worked with Oltmans Construction where she begin her career as a Carpenter, despite the challenges of fighting for equality for women in the workforce, she proved she was just as capable to handle any task she was given.
Over the years, Cecy has been promoted to Yard Foreman and is currently a Union Delegate with Local 2375 for last 4 years.
Cecy loves her job and aspires to a career in construction management.
